CPHFW Day 2
Okay so for me day 2 of the Copenhagen Fashion Week was the busy one. First Tommy Hilfiger Breakfast, Meet The Danes, Tonsure show, Martin Asbjørn show, Han Kjøbenhavn show and last Henrik Vibskov show.
Tommy Hilfiger Breakfast
Most of the social media socialites were gathered for a quick breakfast and a preview of the forthcoming Tommy Hilfiger AW17 collection. As for the womenswear the Gigi-chic trend seemed to continue, and for the menswear, we are talking checks and a color palette that would suit any classy male. The colors was quite neutral except for the appearance of a warm orange and a bright red. The pieces that I personally found most interesting was in the sartorial area. The checkered wool jackets was very cool, in particularly the grey/orange and the grey/black/red combinations. The collection seemed cleaned very much up. Beside the obvious patterns, then I didn’t notice any further statements. It was simple and should make any man safe. The preview was accompanied by some sort of nutritious porridge, champagne and what I believe was cucumber juice? I’m not sure what it was but it tasted quite good.
Meet The Danes
Next on the agenda was the Meet The Danes exhibition where a selection of Danish brands were gathered. What is really worth mentioning is the brand All At Sea. All At Sea is run by two fine gentlemen and specialises in silk. Not just silk scarfs, or silk ties, but silk clothing, scarfs, and even loafers it seems. The quality is great, and the fabrics are beautiful. Definitely something worth checking out (website here). I could really well imagine myself running around in one of their fine silk shirts this summer drinking a glass of chilled white wine.
As for the shows, I am gonna have to stall you a little, but here is a little preview:

My CPHFW Day 2 Outfit
As for my own outfit I went with a rock-chic look that included boots, sweatshirt and an oversized coat.
